MR COIN Terms & Conditions – Official Rules of the Malaysian Betting Platform

Each user is only permitted to register and hold one (1) active MR COIN account. Creating multiple accounts under the same or different identities is strictly prohibited. MR COIN employs advanced detection technology to identify duplicate accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and email address. Any false or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance or winnings.

• An active Malaysian mobile number that can be used for SMS verification.
• A valid email address that you actively access.
• Full name as it appears on your official Malaysian identification document (MyKad or passport).
• A strong password of at least 8 characters, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.

You are solely responsible for keeping your mr coin account login credentials confidential. Do not share your username or password with anyone. mr coin will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.

• Standard Members: Withdrawals are processed within 3 minutes during normal operating hours.
• Silver VIP Members: Withdrawals are processed within 2 minutes.
• Gold VIP Members: Withdrawals processed within 90 seconds.
• Platinum VIP Members: Withdrawals are processed within 90 seconds with priority.
• Diamond VIP Members: Withdrawals are processed within 60 seconds at the highest priority.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method or a method that has been verified on your account. Mr coin offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. The following general policies apply to all mr coin bonuses:

• 20% daily reload bonus up to RM200 – 3x rollover, available every day for all active members.
• 1.5% weekly sports rebate – credited every Monday, no rollover required, based on total sports wagering volume.

MR COIN reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including the use of multiple accounts, hedge betting across accounts, or any other method deemed as bonus fraud — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and may lead to account closure.

All bets placed on mr coin are final once confirmed by the system, except in cases of technical error or obvious error (significant odds discrepancy). mr coin reserves the right to void or revise bets in such instances.

For Sports Betting covering the Malaysia Super League, EPL, BWF badminton and e-sports, the following rules apply:

• Bets confirmed before the market closing time are valid and cannot be cancelled by the player.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be refunded in accordance with the rules of the sport in question.
• For matches played at a neutral venue that has not been specified, MR COIN reserves the right to void and refund the bets.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by market, sport and your account tier.
• MR COIN reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any player at any time without the obligation to provide a reason.

For casino games including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and slots, game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been tested and certified by independent international bodies. Each spin or hand is independent and has no bearing on previous results.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mr coin platform. Violation of any of the items below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one mr coin account under the same or different identities.
• Using automated software, bots, spiders, or any tool that enables automated betting without human interaction.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through hedge betting, bonus arbitrage, or any other method intended to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to cheat the system, including in poker games (chip dumping or collusion).
• Using another person's payment method or stolen or unauthorised financial information.
• Attempted money laundering through deposit and withdrawal activity on MR COIN.
• Threatening, harassing or causing harm to MR COIN staff or other players.
• Sharing or selling your mr coin account to another party.

Mr coin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time and without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that a breach of these terms and conditions, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity has occurred.

In the event of account suspension due to fraud or a breach of terms, MR COIN reserves the right to withhold all balances, bonuses, and winnings pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, those funds may be fully forfeited.

Mr coin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including loss of anticipated winnings, business interruption, or data loss. mr coin's total liability to any player shall not exceed the net deposit amount made in the 30 days preceding the claim.

MR COIN reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in cases of emergency or urgent legal requirements.

The latest version of MR COIN's Terms & Conditions is always available on this page. Continued use of the platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation between both parties within 30 days.
